Preval has partnered with DEO Motorsports to sponsor the team’s 2011 Formula two PROP Series, which began last weekend with the “Thunder on the Neches” powerboat races in Port Neches, Texas. With Preval’s support, DEO Motorsports will compete in about ten races during the 2011 season.
This is the second year in a row that Preval has supported DEO Motorsports’ father-and-son team. Eric and Dan Orchard sought the Preval partnership last year since of their enthusiasm for the Preval Sprayer, an aerosol-powered spray gun with multiple uses in the marine business as nicely as a multitude of other industries such as aerospace, construction, automotive, and arts and crafts. For the 2010 racing season, DEO Motorsports placed second in the Formula 1 PROP Series.
“The Preval Sprayer provides us huge positive aspects at race sites where we use it to repair damage to the boat and carry out paint touch-ups,” stated Eric Orchard. “Its portability permits us to do essential on-website behind-the-scenes repairs on the boat without having an electrical source, and we love its capacity to apply custom-formula paint.”
The Orchards are enthusiastic advocates for the Preval Sprayer and value the chance to provide exposure for the product to boating enthusiasts ranging from casual holiday boaters to professional race teams at events throughout North America. Race fans identify boats by sponsor, especially when on the water. Preval’s name and logo are mounted to the sides of the race boat and on all team and driver apparel.
