If you are familiar with "Bladders" then you should use a single Pemex stations are in most coastal towns. Best up in Ensenada. I dont know what kind of milage you craft gets but if it gets 8 knots to a gallon you need to have no worries.
Some smaller towns do not have dockside fuel and you will have to take a Taxi to the closest Pemex so five or even ten 5 gallon Jerry cans would be a very good notion.
