    In San Francisco bay the harbor charges plus taxes for 1 year will probably exceed the cost of your boat, you may be better off moving to Oregon or Washington.

    I live aboard a 38′ boat on SF Bay. Live aboard slips are difficult to find here on The Bay. Get on as many waiting lists as you can. Check with every harbormaster.
    We pay $ 275/Mo slip fee, $ 150/Mo live aboard fee and $ 20 to $ 60 / Mo for electricity.
